At Least 1 Dead In Houston Co. After Tree Falls On Car
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- At least one person is dead after a tree fell on the roof of a car, smashing the windshield.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a Silverado truck was heading south on Highway 26, just south of Nuemann Road near Brownsville, when a tree fell from the west side bluff as the truck was rounding a curve.
The tree landed on the windshield and roof of the car, killing at least one of the three passengers inside.
Authorities say the identities and conditions of all three passengers will be released Sunday evening.
