Construction Worker Falls To Death In Jordan

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - A 69-year-old construction worker fell 30 feet to his death from the roof of a Jordan, Minnesota, work site.

The man landed on a concrete slab at the Accu-Rite Powder Coating and Surface Prep construction site at 320 Ervin Industrial Drive.

Medics tried to treat the man, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is inspecting the site for any safety deficiencies, and the Hennepin County Medical Examiner is investigating the cause of death.
