MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Watonwan County Sheriff's Office says residents reported a tornado touchdown near St. James early Friday night.

The touchdown was in Long Lake Township, where the sheriff's office says a building owned by Civil Ag Group sustained extensive damage.

Several corn and soybean fields in the area were also destroyed.

WCSO says there were no other reports of damage, and no one was injured.

Long Lake Township is about two hours southwest of the Twin Cities.
