Update: Missing New Prague Man Is On Kidney Transplant List

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- New Prague police say that with each passing day it's critical that a missing man is located due to his medical condition.

Anthony James Slavik left his residence on July 18 and never returned. His family says he has a condition that requires medical intervention. Slavik is on the kidney transplant list. He has been doing home Hemodialysis, so it's important he is found soon.

Slavik is 5-foot-8 and weighs approximately 145 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes. He drives a red 2000 Jeep Cherokee with Minnesota license plate TM588.

While New Prague police have received several reports of possible sightings, Slavik has yet to be located.
