4 Arrested After String Of Robberies In Northeast Minneapolis

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police say they arrested four people following a string of crimes in Northeast Minneapolis Sunday evening.

The first incident happened on the 200 block of 4th Street Southeast, where someone reported an armed robbery. A similar crime was reported shortly thereafter on the 700 block of Adams Street Northeast.

In both cases, four men were said to be involved. Officers in the area were able to find a vehicle matching descriptions given by both victims.

The four men who were in the vehicle were arrested. A handgun and other evidence were found that police said also linked them to additional crimes.

None of the four have been identified, but they are all currently being held.
