Missing 15-Year-Old Girl Found Safe

Update, Aug. 14, 10:18 pm.: Vivian VanArnhem-Winckler was found safe.

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Itasca County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a missing 15-year-old girl.

Vivian VanArnhem-Winckler was last seen leaving her home on Aug. 12.

She is described as having brown eyes and very short/shaved hair, possibly dyed a bright color. She wears glasses and has gauged earrings and may be wearing bright red Ferrari shoes.

Police said she is 5 feet 1 inches tall and weighs about 110 pounds.

Investigators say she may be in the Itasca County area, but they have reason to believe she may also have traveled to Duluth or the Twin Cities.

Authorities are concerned for her welfare due to her age.
