Mpls. Police Look For Missing Vulnerable Adult
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Minneapolis police are reaching out to the public to help find a missing vulnerable adult.
Harrison Elmer Kropelin, 60, was last seen Wednesday morning on the 1300 block of Penn Avenue North.
Kropelin is described as a white man who stands 6 feet tall, weighs about 178 pounds, is balding with slight hair on the sides and has green/hazel eyes.
Police say he may be walking to south Minneapolis or Richfield, and he does not have his medication with him. Kropelin went missing before for seven days, and needed serious medical attention when he was found.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
