2 Hurt After Car Crashes Into Mpls. Apartment Building

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Two people were hurt after a car crashed into an apartment building in Minneapolis early Tuesday morning.

According to the Minneapolis Police Department, officers responded to a call of a domestic dispute in the Greenway Heights apartments, located in the 2800 block of Bloomington Avenue.

Upon arrival, officers spotted the suspect vehicle leaving the scene and attempted to pull it over.

The suspect fled and a chased ensued.

Police said the fleeing vehicle then crashed into an apartment. A woman and a child were inside. They suffered minor injuries.

According to police, the driver of the vehicle was arrested.
