2 Charged In Le Center Drive-By Shooting

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Two young adults face criminal charges for a drive-by shooting in Le Center last Saturday.

The Le Sueur County Sheriff's Office says 19-year-old Senif Joel Garza is charged with second-degree attempted murder, drive-by shooting and criminal damage to property for allegedly firing at a home on the 200 block of South Montgomery Avenue on Oct. 24.

Jacqueline Rodriquez, 21, was also charged with a drive-by shooting and criminal damage to property.

The crime was reported by the homeowner, who was not injured. The victim says they were the intended target.

Garza and Rodriguez are currently being held in the Le Sueur County Jail.
