'Dog The Bounty Hunter' Donates $10K Reward For Missing Redby Woman

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Reality TV star Duane "Dog The Bounty Hunter" Chapman is aiding in the search for a missing Redby woman.

According to Find Rose Downwind organizers, the famous bounty hunter donated $10,000 of his own money for information leading to 31-year-old Rose Downwind's location and safe return.

Downwind has been missing since last week. Family members said they last saw her on Oct. 19 at the Target in Bemidji.

Her ex-boyfriend said he saw her on Oct. 21, leaving a home on Stoner Avenue on the city's southeast side.

Downwind is described as standing 5-feet, 4-inches tall and weighing 120 pounds. She has brown hair and a light complexion, and she was last seen wearing a blue sweater and black pants.

Downwind is the granddaughter of Dennis Banks, the founder of the American Indian Movement.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Bemidji Police Department at 218-333-9111.
