St. Paul City Council To Address Proposed Ordinance On Flavored Tobacco
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The St. Paul City Council plans to introduce a proposed ordinance restricting the sale of flavored tobacco Wednesday.
Under the proposal, sales would only be allowed in adult-only tobacco stores. The minimum price of cigars would also be raised to $2.60 to match surrounding cities.
Minneapolis City Council voted in favor of a similar ordinance back in July.
The city council meeting is at St. Paul City Hall at 3:30 p.m.
