4 Things To Know: Brussels On Lockdown, Wolves Look For Home Win & More

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- From the continued lockdown in Brussels to the iconic dress from the Wizard of Oz going up for auction, here are the four stories to know for Monday, Nov. 23.

Brussels Lockdown

The lockdown continues in Brussels, Belgium Monday.

This is the third day the subway system has been shut down and people have been told to stay away from sporting events, concerts, train stations, airports anywhere there could be a large group of people.

Brussels officials say there is an "imminent threat", possibly similar to the Paris attacks.

The schools are also closed.

Gas Prices On The Low

Good news for everyone driving to their Thanksgiving dinner this year: Gas prices are the lowest for the holiday since 2008.

AAA says the national average is now $2.07 a gallon. In Minnesota, the average is $2.02.

Wolves Look For Home Win

The Timberwolves will try to get their first home-win of the season Monday night. And the team they're facing... is on a 24-game losing streak.

Minnesota hosts the Philadelphia 76ers at Target Center.

Wizard Of Oz Auction

The blue and white gingham dress that Judy Garland wore in The Wizard of Oz is going up for auction in New York Monday.

The starting price is $1.2 million.
