Local Chefs Create Documentary Series To Promote Living Off The Land
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Three local chefs have created a three-part documentary series that highlights the beauty of the BWCA and the importance of sustainable cooking.
In "Fish Out Of Water," Lachelle Cunningham, of Breaking Bread Café, Amanda Cowette, of Wise Acre Eatery, and Lukas Leaf, executive chef at Al Vento, head into the Boundary Waters Canoe Area to fish, cook and live off of the land.
