Runners Don Ugly Sweaters For Kids Charity

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Runners were warm and cozy Saturday morning at the annual Ugly Sweater Run.

People dressed up in their most unsightly-yet-festive sweater and ran around Harriet Island in St. Paul.

They had an ugliest sweater contest, including best kids sweater, and a best mustache and beard contest for Movember.

Proceeds benefit Save the Children, an organization that advocates for health and education for kids worldwide.
