Vikings' Lawsuit Against Wells Fargo Moves To Federal Court

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A lawsuit filed by the Minnesota Vikings against Wells Fargo has now been moved to federal court.

Last week, the team sued the bank because it's using illuminated rooftops signs on two buildings near the new Vikings stadium. The team says Wells Fargo is photo-bombing since the stadium is named for competitor U.S. Bank.

The Star Tribune reports Wells Fargo asked for the lawsuit to be moved to federal court. They have yet to file a response to the lawsuit and no hearing has been scheduled.

Arguments on the suit had been set for the Hennepin County District Court Wednesday.
