Man Exposes Himself To St. Thomas Student Near Campus

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Law enforcement at the University of St. Thomas is looking for a suspect who exposed himself to another student near campus Thursday afternoon.

The victim told police she was on Selby Avenue when a man in a car approached and said something to her. When she couldn't hear what the man said, she walked up to the vehicle, where the man gestured toward his exposed genitals.

The victim walked away from the car and directly to the Public Safety Office, where she reported the incident. The vehicle continued west on Selby.

The suspect is described a white male in his early 30s with short, light brown hair and a 5 o'clock shadow. Police say he was wearing a shirt of unknown color and jeans at the time of the incident.

Anyone with information on the incident should contact St. Paul Police Department at 651--291-1111, or report the crime confidentially by emailing PSTIPS@stthomas.edu or calling 962-TIPS.
