Control Of Minnesota House, Senate Up For Grabs In Upcoming Election
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – This fall, all 201 legislators in Minnesota are up for re-election.
The fight for control of the state House and Senate will largely center on a handful of rural districts.
Right now, Republicans control the House and Democrats control the Senate.
Lawmakers have drawn up plans to tap into a hefty surplus to boost aid to local governments, address workforce housing shortages and increase broadband development grants in far-flung cities.
