Minneapolis Convention Center Hosts Health Life Expo

MINNEAPOLS (WCCO) – Need a jump start on your 2016 resolution to start living a healthier life? Or, just looking to learn more about nutrition and health?

Then  head to the Minneapolis Convention Center this weekend!

The Healthy Life Expo is coming to Minneapolis from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Guests can learn about how to live a healthier lifestyle by changing their diet or exercising.

There will also be speakers and demonstrations every hour on the hour.
