Joe Biden Planning Stop In St. Paul This Week
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Vice President Joe Biden is packing his bags for three-state trip that is scheduled to end in Minnesota.
On Wednesday, Joe Biden will stop in New Orleans and Memphis. Then on Thursday, he'll speak at St. Paul's Union Depot.
The tour commemorates the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, a 2009 stimulus program invested in infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
The Depot's renovation received $35 million from the federal grant.
