You've Never Seen Yoga Like This Before!

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Pink's stunning performance at the 2010 Grammy Awards may have been the first introduction to aerial acrobatics for most of us.

The aerial fitness movement today has moved from showstopper to a bonafide exercise program.

A new studio called The Aviary in Minneapolis is hosting a pop-up market in their studio Saturday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. You can check out the silks, and maybe even try a few moves. There will also be free food, drinks and giveaways.
