Stretch Of I-35W In Bloomington To Close Overnight Thursday
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Drivers on Interstate 35W in Bloomington will encounter detours both ways overnight Thursday.
The Department of Transportation says the interstate will be closed from 82nd Street to 90th Street as crews remove a damaged gas pipe.
Both directions of the interstate will close around at 10:45 p.m. Thursday and should reopen by 5 a.m. Friday.
Drivers going north will be detoured to Lyndale Avenue, MnDOT said. Drivers headed south will be detoured along Penn Avenue.
