MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The NFL’s league year opens for business on Wednesday, which means several teams are negotiating with free agents and others are talking contracts with players to try and keep them.
The Minnesota Vikings are no different, and the team announced Tuesday it has re-signed linebacker Audie Cole. He is entering his fifth NFL season and has appeared in 41 regular season games with seven starts.
Cole has collected 67 tackles, including 48 solo, with four tackles for a loss and a sack in his career at linebacker. While playing special teams, he has 20 tackles, 14 solo, and one fumble recovery.
