MINOT, N.D. (AP) — Formal charges have been filed against a Minot woman accused of driving drunk with two small children in her vehicle and crashing into a house.
Twenty-four-year-old Bionca Lewis is charged with felony reckless endangerment and misdemeanor drunken driving with minors in the vehicle. She could face up to six years in prison if convicted.
Court documents do not list an attorney for Lewis. A home telephone listing for her could not be found.
