Take The Minnesota Twins Home Opener Quiz

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Minnesota Twins take on the Chicago White Sox in their 2016 home opener on Monday.

They're hoping to put a decisive end to their early season losing streak of 0-6 in their first set of away games.

Sticking with tradition, there are a lot of things happening well before the game including free breakfast, music and giveaways to get fans ready to cheer on the Twins in the their home opener.

According to the Baseball Almanac, the Twins have a record of 62 and 53 in home openers. That goes all the way back to 1901 when the team played as the Washington Senators. Kansas City, who the Twins just played over the weekend, beat Minnesota 12-3 in last year's home opener.
