Beez Kneez' Dandelion Honey Pastry Chef Challenge
If you love sweet treats and you also like to help out a good cause, the Beez Kneez is hosting their 3rd annual Dandelion Honey Pastry Chef Challenge Wednesday night.
The challenge supports the Healthy Bees, Healthy Lives pollinator campaign. The goal is to protect the honey bees and other creatures who pollinate our plants.
On Wednesday night, Twin Cities pastry chefs will compete to create the best dessert, and they'll only be able to use dandelion honey as their sweetener.
The 3rd Annual Dandelion Honey Pastry Chef Challenge goes from 6-9 p.m. at Solar Arts by Chowgirls at 711 Northeast 15th Avenue in Minneapolis. Tickets are $35 in advance or $40 at the door.
