UW-Stout Student From Shakopee Found Dead In Driveway

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A University of Wisconsin – Stout student from Shakopee, Minnesota, was found dead Saturday morning, according to the Menomonie Police Department.

22-year-old Rickey Alan Hible was found in a driveway in Menomonie. He had laceration wounds on his body, which police believe were related to broken glass found around a sign at a nearby church. Police do not suspect foul play.

Hilbe was a sophomore majoring in engineering technology with a mechanical design minor, according to a statement from the university. The university also said there doesn't appear to be any ongoing threat to the community.

The incident is still being investigated.  Anyone with information about Hilbe's death should contact the Menomonie Police Department at 715-232-1283 or the Dunn County Crime Stoppers at 1-855-847-3866.
