Xcel Energy Center, Mumford & Sons Pays Tribute To The Purple One
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Xcel Energy Center and its guest, Mumford & Sons, paid tribute to the late Prince Thursday evening.
While it seems impossible, the show must go on and go on it did Thursday evening.
But not without a few special moments held to honor the legendary Minnesota icon.
Prior to the show, Xcel Energy Center honored Prince by lighting up the building's outdoor marquees with slides dedicated to him.
