Boy, 1, Hit By Car In Alexandria; Driver Arrested
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A 1-year-old Alexandria boy is in the hospital after being hit by a car.
Authorities say the toddler was hit around 7:30 p.m. Saturday on the 700 block of Jefferson Street.
The boy, who was not named, was taken to the Hennepin County Medical Center for treatment.
Police arrested the driver in the incident, 41-year-old Becky Laforge, of Sauk Centre.
It's unknown if Laforge is related to the child.
