St. Paul Man Pleads Guilty To Illegal Gun Dealing

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A St. Paul man has pleaded guilty to illegally selling firearms, several of which are tied to criminal activity.

The U.S. Attorney's Office says Eitan Benjamin Feldman, 29, would buy firearms from an online dealer and then sell them on another website for a profit.

Feldman was warned by special agents from U.S. Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to cease his activity, and they informed him that at least three of the firearms he sold were soon connected to crime scenes.

He is said to have made eight more sales after being warned -- two of which to undercover Federal agents who said he never asked for any identification or attempted to run background checks.

Feldman's sentencing date has not been released. He faces five years in prison.
