Sheriff: 1 Dead In Western Wisconsin Fire
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- One person was killed in a house fire Friday morning in western Wisconsin, according to the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
Firefighters arrived at a residence on the 200 block of 90th Street in Bone Lake, near Luck, just before 9 a.m.
A body was discovered, and the remains of the victim -- whose identity has not been released -- were sent to the Midwest Medical Examiner's Office in Anoka.
The State Fire Marshal's Office is assisting the sheriff's office and the Polk County Fire Department in the investigation.
