Red Cross Helping 20 People Displaced In South St. Paul Apt. Fire

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Fourteen adults and six children have been displaced following a fire in South St. Paul early Thursday morning.

According to the American Red Cross, the fire occurred at an apartment complex located on the 1000 block of Concord Street North.

The Red Cross says it is now helping those displaced people, which make up nine families.
