Police: Downtown Chaska Schools Locked Down After Bank Robbery
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Chaska police say the city's downtown area schools have been placed on precautionary lockdown after a bank robbery.
According to police, the Klein Bank on 301 N. Chestnut St. was robbed at 9:15 a.m. Friday. The young male suspect reportedly referenced having a firearm and explosives, which weren't displayed.
The suspect was last seen leaving on foot in a westerly direction, police said.
He's described as having a thin build, wearing dark clothing including a ski mask and wearing a backpack.
