Elk River Man Missing In Central Minnesota
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Authorities in central Minnesota are asking the public's help in finding a missing 51-year-old man.
Glenn Hoppe, of Elk River, went missing early Monday morning while on a camping trip with a friend near Crookneck Lake, which is about 30 miles southwest of Brainerd, the Morrison County Sheriff's Office said.
Hoppe was last seen leaving a camper wearing a bright green shirt, blue shorts and tennis shoes. He is described as standing 5-feet, 10-inches tall, weighing 182 pounds and having brown hair and blue eyes.
No foul play is expected in Hoppe's disappearance, authorities say.
