Average Minn. Gas Prices Headed Towards $2 A Gallon
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Our prices at the pump are heading in the right direction again.
"The last time we were below $2 was April 14, so there's a strong possibility we could get below $2," AAA Minnesota spokewoman Gail Weinholzer said.
Gas prices nationally are at their lowest level in 100 days and the average price in Minnesota is $2.06.
Weinholzer says prices should stay low through the summer, unless it's a rough hurricane season in the gulf and refineries are affected, which would restrict supply.
