MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Here are all the great events, restaurants and demonstrations covered by Rachel Slavik and Mike Augustyniak on WCCO 4 News Saturday Morning!

The Irish Fair of Minnesota is an annual event this weekend offers attendees an opportunity to celebrate authentic Irish heritage. There are a number of activities, like traditional dance, Gaelic sports, a Celtic marketplace and, of course, Irish food and drinks.

Caroline Wright is the author of "Cake Magic: Mix & Match Your Way to 100 Amazing Combinations." She sold 6,000 copies in eight minutes on QVC! Wright will be in Minnesota for an event Saturday at Cooks of Crocus Hill in Stillwater from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $65, and her book is included.

When you run a restaurant in an urban area, sometimes you need to get creative if you want to grow your own produce. There's a Bloomington hotel where the chef is trying to give guests a uniquely-Minnesotan experience. It's a game craze that has swept the world. "Pokémon GO" has everyone talking, including Natalie Nyhus. So she went in search of the best place to play in Minnesota. Your votes sent her to the biggest mall in the country – Bloomington's Mall of America. If you play there, you can also participate on social media with the hashtag "#PokeGoMOA." Trekkies will take over the Hyatt in Minneapolis this weekend for the "Star Trek 50 Year Mission Tour." The original series debuted back in 1966. A new series, "Star Trek: Discovery" will premiere on CBS in January. William Shatner, the original Captain Kirk, will be at the convention Sunday, while several other actors from the many series over the years will attend as well. It runs Saturday and Sunday at the Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis. Tickets start at $25.

The 35th annual Stockyard Days in New Brighton comes to a close this weekend. One of the big highlights is the 120-mile antique car run, featuring cars built before 1909. Other events include a parade, street dance, fireworks and a medallion hunt. Stockyard Days are all day, with the antique car run rolling into Long Lake Regional Park at about 3 p.m. The event is free.

And the first 5,000 kids through Target Field's gates on Saturday and Sunday will receive back-to-school items from Target. Those kids will also get a Bullseye stuffed animal. The Twins take on the Kansas City Royals at 7:10 p.m. Tickets start as low as $17.
