Dunkin' Donuts Coming To Twins Cities (Really) (Eventually)

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- More Dunkin' Donuts shops are being planned for the Twin Cities, as a multi-store development agreement was announced to develop 15 new restaurants mainly in the south metro.

The announcement included cities like Apple Valley, Burnsville, Eagan, Lakeville and others.

The first new restaurant under this agreement is planned to open in 2018, but it wasn't immediately clear where that location would be.

Currently, there are only two Dunkin Donuts in Minnesota: Rochester and Duluth.

A location in Roseville is getting ready to open this fall, and a lease agreement has also been signed in New Hope.
