4 Things To Do Today From Saturday, August 20, 2016

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- This Saturday may be gloomy weather-wise, but we still have four ways to get out a make the most of it!

1. Need some tips for your summer home projects? Check out the Luxury Remodeling Tour on its final weekend. The homes have been remade on a budge ranging from $150,000 and up. Homes are in St. Louis Park, Edina, Chanhassen and Orono. Tickets are $20.

2. Party like it's 1399! The 46th Annual Renaissance Festival begins Saturday. Annual attendance in Shakopee is around 300,000 people, making it the largest in the nation. It features shopping, live stage entertainment, armored jousting, great food and more. The festival runs through Oct. 2. Hours Saturday are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

3. It's a seafood extravaganza. Saturday is the 4th annual Crayfest at Smack Shack in Minneapolis. All-you-can-eat crayfish and sides, all-you-can-drink hurricanes and beer, along with six live bands. The event goes from noon until 8 p.m. You must be 21 years of age and older to get in. Tickets are $60.

4. It's World Honey Bee Day, and folks are celebrating at the Mill City Farmers Market! Together with partners like Land O'Lakes, they will be educating the community about the importance of bees and other pollinators in local agriculture. Besides more than 65 vendors selling farm fresh honey, there will be tons of activities, like the Coloration of PolliNation, live bees in a hive, science booths and more. The event goes through 1 p.m. Saturday and it's free.
