Meet The Minnesota State Fair's Butter Sculptor!
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Linda Christensen has been carving butter into beautiful busts for 45 years at the Minnesota State Fair.
She is so beloved that she even has her own Wikipedia page!
Christensen is carving in the Dairy Building Saturday. She carved the new Princess Kay of the Milky Way on opening day, and is now working on all the finalists.
