DWI Arrests Decrease In Minnesota For 2015

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The number of arrests for drunk driving is down in Minnesota for 2015, according to the Department of Public Safety.

In 2015, DPS said 25,027 DWI arrests were made. This is down over 300 from last year. DPS said in the last 10 years, DWI arrests have declined by 40 percent.

However, while DWI arrests are down, drunk driving fatalities increased in 2015.

The number of traffic fatalities related to drunk driving in 2015 was 95, seven more than 2014 and 14 more than 2013.

But, in the last five years drunk driving fatalities have decreased by eight percent, with the number not going over 100 since 2011.

Drunk driving recidivism is becoming less common as well.

According to DPS, over 11 years recidivism has dropped for drivers receiving their first, second and third DWIs.

The liberals and ACLU will keep law enforcement from protecting us from these reckless destroyers of lives and property through tighter BAC testing laws. Beware, it will only get worse.

Why does CCzero have to keep injecting daily advertisements for alcohol dealers and manufacturers ? A Mike’s Mix feature column with recipes and flavorings so that children can bypass the gag reflex and swallow the toxic alcohol without vomiting. This is supposed to be family values oriented business. Why not have ads for local Craft Meth Labs while they are at it ? Free souvenir labeled injection needles for the kids.

Not so funny how this arm of the Government is protecting the Government from any criticism related to them failing to be held accountable for unethically and illegally searching of Government records of famous people, but we are allowed to comment how their efforts to repress us through more strict laws regulating alcohol consumption. Thank you State of Minnesota for protecting us from ourselves, but not from the employees we pay for….

DWI Good God… did you know there are over 10,000 ongoing investigations into paedophile crimes in Minnesota right now? Yes I do blame the DFL for creating this environment and tell them so at the fair when I see them. Gay teachers having sex with children thinking it is OK just because they are married, people forcing children to be presence to enhance their sexual experience and raping them because we keep telling everyone “pick your own sexual gender”, “pick your own everything sexually you want”, then wonder why the stories we are seeing in the news for Minnesota are all about people hurting small children sexually.
