Arrest Made In St. Cloud Super America Robbery

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – St. Cloud police have arrested a suspect in connection with a gas station robbery that left a clerk with minor injuries.

According to the St. Cloud Police Department, authorities arrested 33-year-old Ricky Latwan Hughes Jr. early Saturday morning.

The robbery occurred at the Super America station on the 700 block of 33rd Avenue North around 8 p.m. Wednesday. A suspect confronted the clerk with a knife and demanded money before striking the clerk in the head during a struggle.

The suspect was described as a black male in his mid-20s to early 30s, about 5 feet 9 inches tall with a slender build and a thin mustache.

Hughes is being held at the Stearns County Jail on a robbery charge.

      Comrade: We in the Socialist Village feel there is a multiplier effect every time a taxpayer’s money changes hands to black armed robbers. We import welfare blacks to create jobs for party members distributing free money to them. That is what taxes are for. If you object to living with and paying for them you should leave the State.
