MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – There are a lot of reasons why people might skip the gym, one of the most common is not having time.

But new research from North Dakota State University highlights one of the fastest fat burning workouts out there.

And the man who came up with it is Minnesota native Jake Erickson.
