MnDOT: Motorist Stops On Highway In Chaska Because Of Mouse

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The Minnesota Department of Transportation says a small rodent caused a motorist to stop off of a highway in Chaska Tuesday morning.

According to MnDOT, the motorist stopped on the left shoulder eastbound Highway 212 at Audubon Road. MnDOT says that apparently the motorist was waiting to exit her vehicle and advised other motorist to use caution.

Shortly after tweeting the first update, MnDOT says the Minnesota State Patrol responded to the scene and will escort her off the highway.

The fate of the mouse is unclear.

There should be a special ticket for being just plain stupid.

There is far less danger of being surrounded, dragged out of your car and beaten to death by a crazed mob of blm rioters blocking the road than stopping for a field mouse.

Other than offering it a destination as it rode along, maybe she was concerned of the disease it may carry. mange, (Scabies) no laughing matter, or urine, fecal in car seats or carpets. If the car had one, there may be more making it a home. I thought she had pulled off the highway.

  2. Mouse is in da House! Probably a computer mouse.

  3. I thought she was allowing it to cross the road.
