MnDOT: Motorist Stops On Highway In Chaska Because Of Mouse

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Minnesota Department of Transportation says a small rodent caused a motorist to stop off of a highway in Chaska Tuesday morning.

According to MnDOT, the motorist stopped on the left shoulder eastbound Highway 212 at Audubon Road. MnDOT says that apparently the motorist was waiting to exit her vehicle and advised other motorist to use caution.

Shortly after tweeting the first update, MnDOT says the Minnesota State Patrol responded to the scene and will escort her off the highway.

The fate of the mouse is unclear.
