Leaves Turning In The Metro, Peak Colors Up North

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Fall colors are slowly starting to show up around the metro.

The DNR's Fall Color Finder shows that only about 10 to 25 percent of leaves in the metro area have turned.

Some of the best places to see the season's colors now are in the northwestern part of the state and just north of St. Cloud.

Even so, there's still a lot of green around.
