St. Thomas Public Safety Looking For Man Who Exposed Himself To Student

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The University of St. Thomas Department of Public Safety is looking for a suspect who reportedly exposed himself to a student.

According to the university, a student said a vehicle stopped in front of her while she was walking east on Summit Avenue toward Wilder Street.

When she looked inside the vehicle, the suspect had his genitals exposed and was performing "a lewd act," Public Safety said.

The student described the suspect as a black male in his late 20s or early 30s, possibly wearing khaki pants and a belt. The vehicle was described as a smaller four door tan sedan.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call St. Paul police at 651-291-1111.
