MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Getting your own cash is costing you more. ATM fees hit a new high for a 10th straight year.

According to BankRate.com, the average fee to use another bank’s machine jumped to $2.90, while the fee charged by a consumer’s own bank for going out of network went up to $1.67.
