Minnesota Timberwolves Host Love Your Melon Night
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Minnesota Timberwolves are joining a local hat company in the cause to help fight pediatric cancer.
"Love Your Melon" apparel brand is dedicated to giving a hat to every child battling cancer in America. Now, the company is partnering with the Minnesota Timberwolves.
At the Timberwolves' game Thursday night, the evening will be dedicated to Love Your Melon.
Each ticket purchase includes admittance to the game and a limited edition Timberwolves' Love Your Melon hat. Additionally, 50 percent of Love Your Melon profits are donated to nonprofit partners that help fight cancer.
The Timberwolves are playing against the Philadelphia 76ers. Tickets range in price from $30 to $60.
