Tap Talk: Vine Park Brewing Company Celebrates 21 Years

Vine Park Brewing Company is celebrating 21 years of business along St. Paul's West 7th Street.

The unique brewery opened its doors to brewers and drinkers alike in December 1995.

Over the years, it has moved locations and expanded its building and menu, but its model has remained the same – offer a space for those interested in brewing to come and try their hand at the craft.

In addition to the 60-some recipes that customers can try, owner and head brewer Andy Grage is brewing up growlers for customers to take home.

In honor of the brewery's 21st birthday, Grage took me through the process of brewing a beer.
