Bar master Travis Serbus shared this recipe for Hot Buttered Rum on Mid-Morning.

Hot Buttered Rum

Start by heating up a pot of water.

Add a generous amount of Tattersall Blackstrap Rum to a glass. (Roughly 2 oz)

Add one spoon of tempered butter and one spoon brown sugar.

Add 1/2 oz allspice liqueur, if available.

Pour in hot water and stir.

Garnish with rosemary / sage / cinnamon / nutmeg.

Enjoy!
