MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Feeling a little extra tired after losing that hour of sleep Sunday for Daylight Saving Time?

Well luckily, Monday is National Napping Day!

National Napping Day is meant to coincide with the return of Daylight Saving Time. It’s the brainchild of former Boston University professor William Anthony, who wanted all of us to realize the health benefits of catching some quality zzz’s.

Studies have shown that short 10-to-20 minute naps work wonders for productivity.
